First Saturday in May over 300 cities world wide hosted a annual marijuana march, parade celebrations in 2012!
Alberta had 5 cities participate in 2012.
Join the Edmonton Cannabis community as we march together with millions worldwide in the 16th annual Global Marijuana March. We aim to bring awareness and education about Marijuana and call for the full scale legalization of Marijuana for medical and recreational use.
Bring your signs! Bring your buds! Prizes for best protest sign. We are here to chant! We are here to march! We are here to educate the masses! It’s high time to end Cannabis prohibition!
2:00PM - Gather in Churchill Square
3:30PM - March begins (stops at the Law Courts & Canada Place)
4:20PM - Smokeout in Churchill Square
